Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed items within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed same day after receiving the return products. Refunds will take 7 working days.
  • All returns should be sent to Mad Colors, Zubaida Memorial Hospital, Railway Road Shakargarh, District Narowal.

2. Repack Merchandise Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
