Shipping Details

• Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 3000.
• We charge Rs. 250 on all orders under the value of Rs. 3000.
• Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping seasons or our mega sales events.
• On orders above the value of Rs. 10,000, we will require an advance payment (minimum Rs. 1000). The customer will be contacted for payment information upon order confirmation, and the account details will be communicated accordingly. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms receipt of the payment in the bank.

• Please Note: Due to inflation, if a customer does not receive their previous order, he/she will have to pay full advance payment for their second order.

• For university & hostel addresses, we are taking at least 50% advance payment, as 99% of parcels are returned from these addresses. At the same time, we are offering a flat 10% discount on their order.

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 Days of purchase for unworn and unwashed items.
